Key Appointments

The Board of Directors of Praxis Home Retail Limited, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and via circular resolution, has approved the appointment of:

1. Mr. Rahul Gambhir (DIN: 02965566) as Additional Independent Director

2. Mr. Chetranda Somanna Muddaiah (DIN: 11765478) as Additional Independent Director

Effective Date and Term

Both appointments are effective from June 13, 2026 for a term of five consecutive years, ending on June 12, 2031 (both days inclusive). The appointments are subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

Mr. Rahul Gambhir:

  • Possesses over 30 years of leadership experience across renowned consumer brands
  • Proven track record in business growth, transformation, and turnaround management
  • Held senior leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson, Tommy Hilfiger, Red Bull, Twinings, and Monster Energy
  • Expertise spans strategic planning, sales and marketing, business development, channel management, organizational leadership, and operational excellence
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and Post Graduate Diploma in Management
  • Currently engaged in consulting business, advising mid-sized enterprises and technology-driven companies on growth strategy, market expansion, channel development, and business transformation initiatives
  • Not related to any of the existing Directors of the Company
  • Not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or any other authority

Mr. Chetranda Somanna Muddaiah:

  • Brings extensive operating and leadership experience in business scaling, omnichannel strategy, profitable growth, and organization building
  • Combines strategic thinking with leadership mentoring and performance transformation
  • Worked across retail, lifestyle, and consumer-facing businesses
  • Held leadership positions with Nicobar Design and 24Seven Convenience Stores
  • Associated with Future Group, Bharti Walmart, Barista Coffee, and Levi Strauss & Co.
  • Educational qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration from Mangalore University
  • Currently engaged in providing consulting services and mentoring founder-led businesses on growth, purpose, leadership effectiveness, and profitability discipline
  • Also involved in managing a coffee plantation ecosystem with focus on sustainable and nature-led practices
  • Not related to any of the existing Directors of the Company
  • Not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or any other authority
