Confirmation of eligibility: Ms. Singhvi has confirmed that she meets the criteria of 'independence' under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 16 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. She has also confirmed that she has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any Order passed by SEBI or any other authority.
