37th Annual General Meeting
The 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC). The Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be dispatched to shareholders in due course, in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

Dividend Payment Timeline
The payment of the final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be made on or before Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
TDS Requirements
Dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source at applicable rates. Shareholders must submit requisite documents, if any, on or before Friday, July 31, 2026 to enable application of the appropriate TDS rate.
