Objects of the Subsidiary:
1. To engage in international business, investments, and other lawful commercial activities within and outside the United Arab Emirates (UAE), subject to applicable laws and approvals.
2. To carry on business as a holding company, including acquiring, holding, managing, and disposing of shares, equity interests, securities, and other investments in subsidiary companies and commercial entities worldwide.
3. To incorporate, establish, acquire, purchase, hold, own, manage, and dispose of wholly owned subsidiaries, joint ventures, and interests in other companies globally.
4. To acquire, own, hold, lease, manage, and dispose of movable and immovable assets, including freehold properties where legally permitted.
5. To undertake any other lawful activities incidental or ancillary to the above objects.
