- Activities conducted in accordance with Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority Offshore Companies Regulations 2018
- Functions as a holding company owning controlling-levels of equity of a group of subsidiary corporations
- Entitled to incorporate and/or purchase stakes in other companies and commercial entities worldwide
- Can own freehold property accepted by Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority
