On August 14, 2026, Premia Academy concluded the third edition of its two‑day YOLO Student Summit in Hyderabad, India. The summit brought together more than 800 participants, including students from Grades 8 to 12, academicians, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and creators, to provide experiential learning, career exploration, and future‑ready thinking.

Programme Highlights

Day One featured master‑classes such as Vision Board to Action Plan and Brain Blue‑chip Investment, aimed at translating aspirations into actionable goals and introducing early financial decision‑making. An interactive session titled Algorithms vs. Authenticity: Navigating the Human Premium in the Age of AI underscored the importance of creativity and emotional intelligence alongside AI. The panel The Visionary Vanguard: Edupreneurs, Educators and National Progress included Dr. Skand Bali (Principal, The Hyderabad Public School), Mr. Mahendar Reddy (Founder, Sancta Maria), Ms. Gauri Sarkar (Associate Director, DPS, Miyapur), Mr. Ganesh M P (Professor, IIT Hyderabad) and Ms. Trupti Rao (Principal, Premia Academy), discussing education’s evolving role. Additional sessions covered financial literacy (No Cap, Just Capital: How to Actually Make Your Money Do the Most), identity and wellbeing (The Gen Z Navigation Guide: Which Ship Are You On?), entrepreneurship (Side Hustle), and higher‑education pathways (India as a Destination for Education and Choose Your Fighter: The Competitive Exam Showdown covering JEE, NEET, CLAT, CUET and SAT). The day ended with creative breakouts Cap Your Identity and Doodle Your Destiny.

Day Two opened with a keynote by Rahul Khaitan, CFO of Rahee Infra, titled A Great Train Is Nothing Without a Railway Track, emphasizing grit, discipline, integrity and consistency. Subsequent breakout sessions included Atul Kabra (Founder, Doodle Kabra) and Sudip Saha (Co‑Founder, Dreamtime Learning) leading The Next Big Thing: Spotting Tomorrow's Winning Business. Monica Arora addressed productivity in Time Management in a Distracted World: Focus Is Your Superpower. A panel Leveraging AI: Don't Get Replaced, Outsmart It featured Karan Sriivasan (Founder, Stealth Prev), Srivar Jalan (Director, SNJ Synthetics) and Vishal Reddy (Founder, Builtiful), exploring AI as an augmenting tool for youth. Career guidance was provided by Ramya Modukuri, focusing on attitude, aptitude and values. The Two Individuals, One Life panel showcased founders Nirmala and Tarun Oblum (Bhan Mi Babe), Dr. Safaa and Dr. Asad, Siddhant and Shivani (Baywindo and Elevate X), and Kishor and Mandakini (Art and Photography), offering diverse career and life perspectives.

The digital economy was highlighted in Why 1 Billion Views Is the New Zero by Raashika Bammi (Founder, Nureh Project), examining hyper‑personalised social media impact. Shivendra Agarwal (Founder, Paramount Global) led a breakout on profile building, while Priyanka Reddy (Counsellor, The Hyderabad Public School) discussed international study options in The World Is Your Campus: Choosing the Right Country to Study In. Holistic success topics included The Life Trifecta: Balancing the Pillars of Work, Marriage and Health by Mayank Solanki (Founder & CEO, Val Ed) and Problems Worth Solving: It's Not Your Mistake, It's Your Responsibility by Reetu Kothari (Founder, Zytech Solar). Wellbeing and creativity sessions featured Dr. Virinchi Sharma (Lifestyle by Design), Sunita Saripally (Vice Principal, Premia Academy) on Study Smart, Stress Less, and Tariq Patel (Founder, Drillbit Projects) on creative careers.

Chief Guest and Closing Remarks

The summit was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. Sanjay Kalvakuntla, MLA, Korutla Constituency, who urged students to embrace curiosity, innovation and lifelong learning. In the concluding session, Ms. Sinduri Reddy, Founder of Premia Academy, stated that YOLO aims to show students a landscape of possibilities rather than a fixed set of choices, fostering independent thinking, continuous adaptation and problem‑solving in a technology‑led world. Ms. Trupti Rao, Principal of Premia Academy, added that the event demonstrated education’s extension beyond academics, enabling students to interact with industry leaders, question assumptions, collaborate, and gain clarity on personal and professional aspirations.
