Premier Energies Allots 9.57 Lakh ESOP Shares

Premier Energies Limited's NRC approved allotment of 9,57,142 equity shares to its ESOP Trust at ₹700 per share on April 20, 2026.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital from ₹45.30 crore to ₹45.40 crore.
This is the first tranche of a previously approved issuance of up to 45 lakh shares for the PEL ESOP Scheme 2025.
Shares allotted to the trust will be transferred to eligible employees upon option exercise.
