Premier Energies Completes Acquisition of Transcon Ind

Premier Energies Limited has finalized the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Transcon Ind Limited, making it a subsidiary and expanding its portfolio.
The acquisition was completed in two tranches, with the final tranche involving 52,073 equity shares acquired for approximately INR 250 crore.
With this acquisition, Transcon Ind Limited becomes a subsidiary, and its subsidiary Neotrafo Solutions becomes a step-down subsidiary of Premier Energies.
