A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Trading Window Closure
