Premier Polyfilm Appoints ADV & Co as Statutory Auditor

Premier Polyfilm shareholders approved the appointment of M/s A D V AND CO LLP as statutory auditors via postal ballot with 99.76% votes in favor.
The appointment fills a casual vacancy caused by the merger of the previous auditor, M/s M A R S & Associates, into the new firm.
Remote e-voting was conducted via CDSL from April 1 to April 30, 2026, for shareholders of record on March 27, 2026.
