Prestige Estates FY26 Sales Hit Record ₹30,024 Crore

Prestige Estates reported record FY26 sales of ₹3,00,245 million, a 76% YoY growth, with sales volume of 22.28 million sq ft.
Collections reached ₹1,85,146 million (53% YoY growth) and the company added new projects with ₹5,00,000 million GDV.
Office portfolio maintained 92% occupancy with 4.47 million sq ft leased; Retail assets achieved 99% occupancy with ₹25,671 million turnover.
Q4 FY26 sales were ₹76,973 million (11% YoY growth) with collections of ₹52,314 million (66% YoY growth).
