Prestige Group Acquires Gurugram Land, ₹4,200 Crore GDV

Prestige Estates Projects Limited secured a 17.212-acre land parcel in Sector 92, Gurugram via a Joint Development Agreement.
The project targets ~3 million sq ft saleable area with an estimated Gross Development Value of ₹4,200 crore.
The JDA is with M/s Sare Gurugram Private Limited (JV of Eka-KGK-Dhoot), strengthening Prestige's NCR residential portfolio.
