Prima Industries Establishes Employees' Gratuity Trust

Prima Industries executed a Trust Deed on May 6, 2026, to establish an Employees' Gratuity Trust.
The trust will provide gratuity benefits to eligible employees and will partner with ICICI Prudential Group Gratuity Scheme.
Company directors Swati Gupta and Kushagra Gupta appointed as trustees in fiduciary capacity.
Company will contribute to the trust based on actuarial valuation with no impact on management control.
