Prime Fresh Acquires Subsidiary Florens Farming Shares

Prime Fresh Limited disclosed acquisition of 2,40,000 equity shares of subsidiary Florens Farming Private Limited at Rs. 119 each.
Total consideration amounts to Rs. 285.60 lakhs via cash, based on an independent valuation report at arm's length.
Florens Farming's turnover grew from Rs. 897.79 lakhs (FY23) to Rs. 2,164.48 lakhs (FY25), signalling strong subsidiary growth.
The acquisition is aimed at financing the expansion and development of Florens Farming's agriculture and horticulture business.
