Prime Group announced a planned investment of roughly Rs 1,500 crore in the Bihar real‑estate market to be deployed over the next four quarters. The capital will underpin a development pipeline of about 5 million square feet, targeting both residential and mixed‑use projects throughout the state. The group highlighted its zero‑debt balance sheet, which it says provides the financial flexibility needed to scale the pipeline and to engage strategic partners. Prime Group has already onboarded strategic investors from the Middle East, as well as overseas architects and specialist consultants, though specific details of these tie‑ups will be disclosed in due course. The expansion follows the group’s broader development ecosystem that spans markets such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Ranchi, and represents the first major phase of its Bihar footprint. "Bihar is entering an important phase of real estate growth, and we see significant opportunity in the market. The Rs 1,500 crore investment marks the beginning of our expansion in the state," said the Chairman of Prime Group. Further project announcements and partnership details are expected to be released progressively as the group advances its development plans.
