Scrutinizer's Role and Findings

Pramod S. Shah of Pramod S. Shah & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, was appointed scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. The scrutinizer verified votes downloaded from NSDL, maintained electronic records of shareholder details, and confirmed no shares with differential voting rights existed.
