Prime Securities Limited has made a regulatory disclosure regarding allotment of equity shares under its employee stock option scheme.

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved the allotment of 20,000 equity shares on July 24, 2026. These shares were allotted to eligible employees pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018.
