Leadership Restructuring Announcement
Primo Brands Corporation (NYSE: PRMB) announced a leadership restructuring that led to a roughly 2% rise in its shares in after‑hours trading on Tuesday.
The company appointed Vaughn Dickinson as President of Customer Direct & Go‑to‑Market; Dickinson will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Eric Foss and brings prior leadership experience from consumer‑goods firms including PepsiCo.
Concurrently, the Chief Operating Officer position was eliminated; incumbent COO Robert Austin will remain employed through 31 December 2026 to support the transition.
Management indicated that the streamlined leadership model is intended to strengthen customer experience, accelerate growth priorities and enhance operational agility as the Direct Delivery channel is expected to return to modest comparable growth in the second half of the year.
Primo Brands describes itself as a North American beverage company focused on healthy hydration, with distribution across the United States and Canada, and the restructuring is positioned to support the post‑merger integration phase and the investment thesis behind its recent merger.
