Prism Johnson shareholders approved Mr. Sanjaykumar Roy's appointment as Executive Director & CEO (RMC) for three years effective March 2, 2026.
Mr. Roy brings over 33 years of experience in ready mix concrete and construction, previously working at ACC Limited and Aparna RMC.
The appointment was approved via postal ballot concluded on April 17, 2025, following recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Board.
