Prithvi Exchange (India) Limited held its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, August 27, 2026, through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting was conducted in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Mr. Harsh Shantilal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, welcomed members and briefed them on participation details. Mr. Mahavir Chand, Chairman of the Company, presided over the meeting. Directors, Statutory Auditors, Secretarial Auditor, Scrutinizer, and Company Secretary & Compliance Officer participated through VC/OAVM.
The Notice convening the AGM and the Auditors' Reports on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Secretarial Audit Report, were taken as read. These reports contained no qualifications, adverse observations, or comments.
The Chairman and Managing Director addressed members on company performance, affairs, and future plans. The Managing Director announced two new initiatives: a mobile application for customers and a Partner Hub portal for partners to strengthen market presence. Mr. Esaki V, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting process and e-voting at the AGM. Registered speaker shareholders expressed views and raised queries, which were responded to by management. Members who had not cast votes through remote e-voting were provided opportunity to cast votes electronically during the AGM, which remained open for 15 minutes after meeting conclusion.
The AGM commenced at 11:30 AM IST and concluded at 12:30 PM IST. The results of e-voting along with Scrutinizer's Report will be submitted to the Stock Exchange and placed on the company website within prescribed timelines.
