Pritika Auto Industries Ltd has made board-level director appointments and reappointments subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and in their meeting held on 8th August 2026, approved the following appointments:
1. Mr. Ajay Kumar (DIN: 02929113) - Appointment as director retiring by rotation at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Kumar is 52 years old, holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E) with M.B.A., and has more than 31 years' experience in industry. He is associated with ISO and is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
2. Mr. Aman Tandon (DIN: 02159395) - Reappointment as Independent Director for the second consecutive term of five years effective from 8th November 2026. Mr. Tandon is 51 years old, holds a B.Tech (Aeronautical) degree, and has vast experience of more than 23 years in industry with expertise in operational management and corporate functions. He is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
3. Mrs. Kritika Goyal (DIN: 10594051) - Reappointment as Independent Director for the second consecutive term of five years effective from 23rd April 2027. Mrs. Goyal is a Qualified Company Secretary with LLB and is working as Company Secretary with Punjab State Container and Warehousing. She is not related to any other Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
All appointments are confirmed to be in compliance with regulatory requirements. None of the directors are debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority, as per confirmation required under NSE Circular no. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018.
