Conversion and Lapse Provisions

  • Warrant holders can exercise warrants in one or more tranches within 18 months from allotment date
  • Upon exercise, company will allot equity shares of face value ₹10 each
  • Unexercised warrants after 18 months will lapse
  • Amount paid on lapsed warrants will be forfeited by the company
