Launch Overview

Procam International announced the launch of HDOR – 100 Days of Running in a new avatar, with registrations opening on 29 August 2026, coinciding with India’s National Sports Day. The 100‑day movement will run from 10 October 2026 to 17 January 2027 and is positioned as a habit‑building initiative aligned with the Fit India vision.

Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam International, said, \"HDOR isn\'t really about 100 days of running. It is about using 100 days of movement to build a habit. You don\'t need to be fit to start. You start to become fit.\"

The Akshaya Patra Foundation has been appointed the exclusive Community Impact Partner. Through this partnership each participant can contribute to providing hot, nutritious meals to school‑going children under the PM Poshan programme.

  • Minimum daily target is 2.5 km for running/walking or 8 km for cycling.
  • To be classified as a Finisher, participants must be active on 85 of the 100 days; the remaining 15 days are rest days.
  • Registration fee is ₹599 inclusive of GST.
  • Rewards worth up to ₹10 lakh are available for top performers.
  • A virtual fitness buddy named \"GoGo\" provides motivation and progress tracking.
