Procam International launches HDOR – 100 Days of Running in a new avatar

Procam International announced the relaunch of its HDOR – 100 Days of Running programme on 28 August 2026, positioning it as a holistic community‑wellbeing initiative aligned with the Fit India vision. Registrations open on India’s National Sports Day, 29 August 2026, via https://hdor.com/, with a participation fee of ₹599 inclusive of GST.

The 100‑day movement challenge commences on 10 October 2026 and concludes on 17 January 2027. Participants may choose to run, walk, cycle or undertake a duathlon, but must complete a minimum of 2.5 km of running/walking or 8 km of cycling on at least 85 of the 100 days to be classified as a Finisher. The programme incorporates 15 built‑in rest days, allowing flexibility while maintaining consistency.

All activity is tracked through the HDOR mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, or via compatible wearables and fitness platforms. The app features a virtual fitness buddy named “GoGo” that provides motivation, guidance, and celebrates milestones. Participants can engage in challenges, climb leader‑boards, and earn rewards worth a total of ₹10 lakh.

Beyond personal fitness, the initiative partners with The Akshaya Patra Foundation, the exclusive Community Impact Partner and a direct implementation partner for the PM POSHAN programme. Through this partnership, each participant’s involvement contributes to the provision of hot, nutritious meals to school‑going children on every school day, supporting attendance and learning outcomes.

HDOR also offers virtual participation in three of the world’s leading distance‑running events: the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon 2026, the Tata Steel World 25K Kolkata 2026, and the Tata Mumbai Marathon 2027. The programme is designed to be inclusive, welcoming first‑time participants, senior citizens, families, corporate groups, and running clubs, with the option to sponsor others who may lack access.

Vivek Singh, Joint Managing Director of Procam International, emphasized that the focus is on building a habit of movement rather than merely completing 100 days of running, stating that “Mumkin Hai” – it is possible – encapsulates the ethos of starting somewhere, staying consistent, and turning movement into a lifelong habit.

The launch leverages India’s rapid digital adoption, noting that more than one billion Indians are now online, enabling technology‑driven discovery, tracking, and sustenance of healthier habits amidst rising lifestyle‑related health risks.
