Prodocs Solutions intimates BSE of a delay in completing USD 3 million in overseas investments due to USD/INR exchange rate volatility.
The delay affects a USD 1.5M investment in its US subsidiary and a further USD 1.5M downstream investment into another US entity.
The company has revised the completion timeline for both transactions to on or before March 31, 2027.
