Prosus agreed to sell a 4.5% (13.58 m shares) stake in Delivery Hero to Uber for €270 million at €20 per share.
The price reflects a ~22% premium to Delivery Hero’s one‑month VWAP as of April 16, but may be below Prosus’s average entry cost.
Uber’s total holding rises to about 7% after the deal, while Delivery Hero shares gained over 2% and Prosus stock stayed flat.
The sale fulfills EU‑mandated divestiture after the €4.1 bn Just Eat Takeaway takeover, with the remedy deadline set for August 12.
