Prosus sells 5% Delivery Hero stake €335m

Prosus NV agreed to sell a 5% stake in Delivery Hero to Aspex Management for €335 million at €22 per share.
The transaction values the shares at a ~10% premium to the last closing price and 22% above the 30‑day VWAP.
After the sale Aspex’s holding rises to ~14% while Prosus’s falls to ~17%, still above the EU‑required sub‑10% threshold by late summer.
The deal fulfills part of Prosus’s commitments to the European Commission made in August for approval of its Just Eat Takeaway.com takeover.
