  • The closure will remain effective until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the year ended 31st March 2026
  • This action is in compliance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 effective from 1st April 2019
  • The company had previously intimated about this closure on 26th March 2026
