Prozone Realty Limited completed the acquisition of remaining equity shares in three material subsidiaries, achieving 100% ownership.
The acquisitions were executed directly and through wholly-owned subsidiaries Kruti Realtors and Prozone Liberty International.
Shareholding in Empire Mall increased from 34.71% to 100%, while Alliance and Hagwood increased from 61.50% to 100%.
