Prudential Sugar Appoints Priyanka Rajora Independent Director

Prudential Sugar held an EGM on May 11, 2026 to regularize the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Rajora as an Independent Woman Director.
Ms. Rajora was appointed for a 5-year term until the 39th AGM in 2030, replacing Ms. Shilpa Bung who resigned.
The meeting conducted via VC had 43 members in attendance and complied with MCA and SEBI circulars for electronic meetings.
A shareholder suggested exploring physical AGMs in future, to which the Chairman responded the proposal would be put before the board.
