Prudential Sugar convenes EGM on May 11, 2026 to regularize appointment of Priyanka Rajora as Non-Executive Independent Woman Director.
Ms. Rajora was appointed on February 13, 2026 to fill vacancy created by resignation of Ms. Shilpa Bung.
Meeting will be held virtually via VC/OAVM with remote e-voting available from May 8-10, 2026.
Shareholder approval sought via special resolution for 5-year term until 2030 AGM conclusion.
