PSP Projects Limited's Board reappointed M/s. Manubhai & Shah LLP as Internal Auditor and M/s. KVM & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The Board recommended appointing M/s. G. K. Choksi & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditor for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
