PTC India Appoints Sukhdev Singh Non-Executive Chairman

PTC India appoints existing Independent Director Sukhdev Singh as Non-Executive Chairman effective upon receipt of promoter consent.
The appointment follows the board's earlier decision to bifurcate the Chairman & Managing Director role into separate positions.
Singh's tenure as Chairman will run concurrently with his existing Independent Director term until November 10, 2028.
