PTC Industries' Compensation Committee approved grant of 13,827 stock options to eligible employees under PTC ESOP Scheme 2019 on March 30, 2026.
Each option is exercisable into one equity share of face value ₹10 at an exercise price of ₹4,500 per share.
Vesting period ranges from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 60 months from the date of grant, subject to continued employment.
