Pulsar International Limited has made a disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding a management change.
Mr. Vikas Gohil (DIN: 09578828) conveyed his decision to not seek re-appointment upon completion of his three-year tenure on the Board of the Company. He has consequently retired/ceased from the Board of Directors with effect from 14 September 2026 and no longer holds the office of Executive Director from that date.
The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Gohil's valuable contributions, guidance, and services during his tenure as Director.
The disclosure was signed by Mr. Arvind Parmar, Managing Director, from Ahmedabad on 11 September 2026. The annexure confirms this was a cessation/retirement due to completion of tenure, not a resignation, and no relationships between directors or resignation letter were applicable.
