Puma Energy India Private Limited filed a petition with NCLT Mumbai for approval to reduce its equity share capital.
The company proposes to cancel ₹11.35 crore of capital, reducing paid-up capital from ₹14.57 crore to ₹3.22 crore.
The reduction follows a special resolution passed unanimously at an EGM held on February 13, 2026.
NCLT admitted the petition and set procedural requirements for creditor notices and newspaper publications.
