Punjab National Bank has made a disclosure to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shri Uttam Kumar's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Diploma in Information System Audit. He possesses over 26 years of experience in the banking industry.
