Puravankara Plans 30 Projects, Rs 55,000 Cr GDV

Puravankara Limited announced a pipeline of 30 projects across South India and Mumbai with GDV exceeding Rs 55,000 crores over the next 24 months.
The pipeline spans ~51.14 million sq. ft. of developable area; 9MFY26 pre-sales stood at Rs 3,859 crores with customer collections of Rs 3,045 crores.
The development pipeline is expected to generate ~8 million man-days of direct employment annually and support 250+ ancillary industries.
Company also reaffirmed its sustainability pledge to plant 1 million trees by 2030 under the WEF's 1t.org initiative, including 10,000 trees at its upcoming 10k Run on 29 March 2026.
