Puravankara Q4 Sales Surge 190% to ₹3,547 Cr

Puravankara reported Q4FY26 sales of ₹3,547 crores, up 190% YoY, and FY26 sales of ₹7,407 crores, up 55%.
Customer collections for Q4 were ₹1,213 crores, up 36% YoY, and FY26 collections reached ₹4,258 crores, up 15%.
The company added 13.6 msft with GDV ₹15,200 crore in FY26 and plans 30 projects with GDV over ₹55,000 crores.
Handed over 1,301 homes in Q4 and 3,747 homes in FY26, with average price realization up 21% to ₹10,213/sft.
