Purple Finance Allots INR 5 Cr NCDs to Sanjeev Prithviraj Kumar

Purple Finance Ltd. allotted 500 NCDs of ₹1 lakh each, totalling ₹5 crores, to Sanjeev Prithviraj Kumar via private placement.
