Purple Finance Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The Finance Committee of the Company held a meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. At this meeting, the committee approved the sale of a part of the Company's loan portfolio. The total value of the portfolio to be sold aggregates up to ₹5.38 crores.

The transaction will be executed under the Direct Assignment route and is governed by the Master Direction – Reserve Bank of India (Non-Banking Financial Companies - Transfer and Distribution of Credit Risk) Directions, 2025, including any amendments.

The Company states that these Direct Assignment transactions are expected to be income accretive. The transaction also serves to reaffirm the Company's ability to originate and create a quality loan portfolio.

The participation ratio between the assignees and Purple Finance Limited for these transactions is set at 90:10. Following the assignment, Purple Finance Limited will continue to act as the servicer for all the loans assigned under these arrangements.
