Purple Wave Infocom Limited's wholly owned subsidiary incorporated Nano Theatre Private Limited in Delhi on 30th March 2026.
Nano Theatre Private Limited will operate in the AV (Audio-Visual) Industry, expanding Purple Wave Infocom's business.
The new subsidiary has authorized and paid-up capital of 10,000 shares at ₹10 par value, subscribed at face value in cash.
