PVR INOX Limited announced the opening of a new 3-screen multiplex at DLF Summit Plaza located on Golf Course Road in Gurugram, Haryana. The disclosure was made via a regulatory filing to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
The new multiplex features three auditoriums with a total seating capacity of 352 premium Sapphire seats finished in luxurious leatherette upholstery. The seating configuration offers 650 mm centre-to-centre spacing and a 1,500 mm back-to-back seat pitch for enhanced comfort.
The cinema is equipped with advanced technology including 4K digital laser projection, Dolby 7.1 surround sound, and Next-Gen 3D capabilities across all auditoriums. The design features rich monochromatic palettes, curved wall paneling, integrated acoustic detailing, and vertical illuminated feature panels.
A distinctive feature is the double-height foyer designed as a hospitality-inspired social space with sculptural suspended lighting, café-style seating, dedicated social zones, hanging greenery, biophilic elements, and a chrome-plated vintage projector installation as a signature visual landmark.
With this launch, PVR INOX's operational footprint has expanded to 1,792 screens across 357 properties in 114 cities covering India and Sri Lanka, maintaining its position as India's largest multiplex network.
