PVV Infra Limited has completed a postal ballot process with results finalized as of 24th May, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Shareholders approved five key resolutions through the postal ballot process.
The approved resolutions include:
1. Approval for shifting the company's registered office from the State of Andhra Pradesh to the State of Maharashtra, with consequential amendments to the Memorandum of Association.
2. Appointment of Mr. Shubh Gangully (DIN: 01229359) as Managing Director of the company.
3. Appointment of Mr. Gadde Rama Krishna (DIN: 11657343) as a Whole-time director of the company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Shrikant Pathak (DIN: 08684990) as an Independent Director of the company.
5. Appointment of Mr. Krishna Karthik Pothur (DIN: 11675441) as an Independent Director of the company.
The company will communicate the detailed voting results to the stock exchanges as per Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, following receipt of the scrutinizer's report. The results will also be published on the company's website at www.pvvinfra.com.
