PW Institute of Innovation Placement Outcomes

PW Institute of Innovation (PW IOI) reported that 67 of the 71 students (94.3%) from its 2023 batch have secured internships, spanning organisations such as KPMG, Allo Health, Jumpp, Growth School, Futures First, Tribore AI, Xperio, Hudle and others. Nineteen of these students received two or more internship offers, demonstrating strong demand for the institute’s talent.

Nine students have already converted their internships into full‑time employment. The highest compensation disclosed is a package of ₹17 lakh per annum earned by Raj Aggarwal, who is currently a Trainee – International Markets at a leading financial firm in Gurugram. Raj joined the firm as a Financial Analyst intern and, after completing the internship, was offered a permanent role.

Another exemplar, Rohit Makani, began his industry exposure in his second year by working on the founding team of LeapX, a tech‑services startup for other startups. He later joined Ikshan AI as a Founding AI Engineer, initially as an intern before taking the full‑time position.

Gopal Sharma, COO of PW, emphasised the institute’s philosophy: students are encouraged to work on real‑world problems early, learn from practitioners and build experience before graduation. He noted that securing internships and full‑time roles while still in the third year validates this experiential, skill‑oriented approach.

Established in 2023 as the higher‑education vertical of PhysicsWallah, PW IOI partners with the UGC‑recognised Medhavi Skills University to deliver an integrated B.Tech in Computer Science. The programme blends academic foundations with practical, application‑oriented learning, supported by hands‑on projects, industry exposure and mentorship.

The institute is currently accepting applications for the 2026‑2027 academic year.
