Pyramid Technoplast will hold an EGM on May 23, 2026 to seek shareholder approval for increasing borrowing limits to ₹500 crore.
The company proposes special resolutions to enhance borrowing powers under Section 180(1)(c) and asset disposal limits under Section 180(1)(a) of Companies Act.
Remote e-voting will be available from May 20-22, 2026 with May 13, 2026 as the record date for determining voting eligibility.
The increased limits are required to support business plans and future prospects through additional funding from banks and financial institutions.
