Rebranding Announcement
QKTech, formerly QualityKiosk Technologies, announced on 29 Oct 2026 in Mumbai that it is adopting a new brand identity to reflect its evolution from quality engineering and digital assurance to a broader engineering reliability focus for digital, AI and autonomous systems.

Chief Executive Officer Maneesh Jhawar said that “every major technology shift eventually reaches the same question: can the enterprise depend on it?” and added that the next phase of AI will be defined by reliability rather than scale. Chief Growth Officer Amalesh Mishra emphasized that QKTech’s Reliability OS™ builds a foundation for trusted AI at scale, delivering resilient, predictable and business‑ready outcomes. Jimit Arora, CEO of Everest Group, noted QKTech’s position as a Leader in the Everest Group Quality Engineering Specialist Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment and its alignment with the market shift toward reliability. S V Padmanabhan, CIO of United Arab Bank, highlighted the partnership’s focus on quality, security and operational excellence to accelerate digital transformation. Ashwin Gaidhani, CEO & Principal Partner of DIGITALFABRIC Consulting, described the opportunity to combine domain expertise, agent engineering and continuous assurance as enterprises move AI into production. Chief Marketing Officer Sairam Vedam said the new identity reflects continuity in the reliability focus and expansion into the kinds of systems enterprises now need to trust.
QKTech introduced its Reliability OS™ platform, which integrates six pillars: AI for Reliability, Reliability of AI, Digital Reliability, Agent Engineering, Reliability of Frontier Systems and AI Forward Deployed Engineers. The platform combines observability, automation, context engineering and platform‑led delivery to improve resilience, performance, governance and customer experience. Through QK AI Labs, the firm develops frameworks, platforms and methods to make AI systems dependable from experimentation through production.
The company serves 10 of the world’s 100 largest banks by market capitalization, 11 Fortune 500 companies and 45 Forbes Global 2000 enterprises, collectively impacting 1.2 billion banking customers.
