Quadrant Televentures appoints Mr. Umesh P Srivastava as Chief Financial Officer effective April 16, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Committee of Creditors during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.
Mr. Srivastava also holds the position of Company Secretary and has over 15 years of secretarial experience.
