The 8th Annual General Meeting of Qualitek Labs Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, 25th September, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. (IST). Remote E-voting Arrangements
The Company is providing remote e-voting facilities to members pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Remote e-voting will commence on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 at 09:00 A.M. (IST) and conclude on Thursday, 24th September, 2026 at 05:00 P.M. (IST). Members holding shares in physical or dematerialized form as on the cut-off date are eligible to cast their vote electronically.
Cut-off Date
The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote electronically and at the AGM is Friday, 18th September, 2026.
