Quality Plastics Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) of an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors. The meeting is scheduled to be held on Monday, 31 August 2026.
The primary agenda for the Board meeting is to consider making an application for an extension of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The application, if approved by the Board, will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
